Jes! Tänään ne tuli postissa, kaikki tieto jysähti kerralla postilaatikkoon, enkä tienny miten päin oisin ollu!! Nyt se on varmaa, että kaupunki jossa tulen vuoteni viettämään on BELO HORIZONTE!
Isäni on Marcio Cunha, äiti; Zulma Cunha sekä veli; Bernardo 18wee!! :) Ihanaa, vielä en tiedä millainen talo on tai mitään, kun vasta äsken lähetin ensimmäisen meilin Brasiliaan päin, mutta Jeiiii!!! Olen niin ONNELLINEN!! :) Kouluni nimi on FEAD ja aloitan sen 1.elokuuta! Vielä en tiedä millainen koulu tuo on, kun ihana netti ei suostunut avaamaan koulun osoitetta... AA, että rakastan tietotekniikkaa!! Viisumi paperitkin on melkein valmiita, kun vielä sunnuntaina saa käännettyä suomen kielelle 3 A4:sta, jotka oli kirjoitettu käsin portugalin kielellä.. ota siitä nyt selvää, mitä ne haluaa sanoa! :D Tässä vähän tietoa piiristäni, koulusysteemistä ja säästä! Area/Cities District 4760 is located in the State of Minas Gerais, whose capital is Belo Horizonte, third largest Brazilian city with 2,500,000 people. Belo has been the birthplace of Brazilian Rotary Youth Exchange Program as it started here in 1967 by the hands of Dr. Ruy Pimenta Filho. Since then over 1,150 students were hosted by our District and about the same number of students have been abroad sent by us. Our D-4760 area goes up northwest and westbound from Belo and the main cities, besides Belo Horizonte, which host students are: Contagem, Betim, Montes Claros, Curvelo, Paracatu, Patos de Minas, Carmo do Paranaiba, Bom Despacho and Pirapora. School system: As all of Brazil schools systems, it started on the beginning of February and ends at the middle of December with one month winter vacation in July. It takes 11 years of school before a student is allowed to take the university entry test, what is a major point in one's life in Brazil. Usually the inbound students attend either the 2nd or the 3rd years of high school, what is equivalent in America as junior or senior year.
Weather:
At this part of the country, the weather is moderate all year around, temperatures ranging from 18 degrees Celsius (July, in the winter) to 32 degreees Celsius in the peak of summer (January).
The name Belo Horizonte means "beautiful horizon," and some of the views in this capitol city certainly live up to the name.! :))
